Who is Galah designed for?
Galah is designed for produce collection centres and the people who operate them, including centre managers, weighing operators, cashiers and accounts teams.
How is the service fee calculated?
The stated service fee is TZS 100 per metric tonne of produce purchased. For example, 10 metric tonnes purchased corresponds to a service fee of TZS 1,000. Confirm the applicable terms with Galah during onboarding.
Does Galah itself send farmer payments?
This landing page describes Galah's record-keeping and payment-tracking workflow. It does not process farmer payments. Use your centre's approved payment process and record the relevant payment details in your operation.
Can I review past transactions and reports?
